Carwash scratches
Does anyone have any solutions on how to repair deep and light scratches on my black f150. I can't afford a new paint job and don't want the spots to start rusting. I've already sanded around my dome light and painted because of this dumbass Carwash . ?

A good detailer can probably buff all that out for the most part. If you ask me i think trucks are suppose to be used and have scratches.

Go to harbor freight and pick up their insanely cheap DA polisher.. It works wonders. I've done 2 full details on my truck with it and the results are amazing! Start with a good clay bar job, then move onto a compound, followed by a good polish. This should completely rid you of most scratches and scuffs..
Finish your top coat off with a wax called collinite 845, and just watch how your truck will bead for at least 6 months.. If you keep a healthy coat of wax on top of the collinite, bird poop, dirt, and pollen will just rinse right off with little to no scrubbing.. Even when my truck is filthy, the paint still shines right through the dirt..
Collinite after a full DA detail..
