Feel your pain brother. Was installing a new front bumper on a '99 Ranger when I noticed it came with slots for a bumper cover, when it should have been just a normal chrome bumper. Of course they shipped a new one out and never had to send the old/wrong one back.

i dont know but they have excellent feedback its from hell bent steel, and i was supposed to get it today or tomorrow but i guess not today, i gotta wait till tomorrow...so mad though. and when i search the tracking number this is what it says..welll my email says a package with a click n ship label created on usps.com containing the following information is scheduled to be shipped on 12/17/2009. sooooo???

exactly why i hate usps lol tracking is mostly useful when its in transit and you wanna know where its at

At this point, if youre that upset with them, I would request some sort of reimbursment. If you complain enough to the right people, you might get something out of it. Maybe a check for what you paid in shipping. You do have to consider where this package is coming from, and how many stops it makes along the way. This week is the worst week for some to expect a package on time. Busiest week for mail. Even in a town of 50,000 the post office was full.

Although....lol...I shouldnt count my chickens before they hatch. I ordered tires tuesday, and according to UPS tracking, they are scheduled to be delivered on the 21st. I check it about every hour, to see if anythings changed. I hope not, because I scheduled an appt. to get my leveling kit put in and an alignment on the 22nd.

GL anyway, hope they come tomorrow!!

well i called today since they said if it doesn't come today call and will figure something out....so knowing me and your guys advice i called and told them to send another one with next day air with ups so thats what they did and now its supposed to be here tomorrow
