Make them overnight the correct replacement and comp (or depending on the value of the part - discount) the cost.

i bought it for 80 and my friends are saying keep the old dodge ones they sent me because they have no credit card information on me and or anything in where they can charge me...soooo lol

Unless they sent you postage pre-paid packaging for the old part I'd keep it.

I dont think smart would have been the answer......Calm maybe. Im sure if you werent so wound up(I would have been too!!), you probably would have thought about it. I had the same problems when I ordered tint for my truck. They sent me 3 different kits before they got it right in a month. I stayed calm the whole time cuz the guy was very polite, and worked with me everytime. I even gave him an excellent feedback on ebay cuz he was so pleasant to work with. I think it helped that I was very calm with him when he sent me the wrong stuff the first time.
