Can I replace my power mirrors with signal/heated mirrors?

To get your turn signals to work if you have power you just move a pin around, I did this when I got my towing mirrors, For puddle lamps on the towing mirrors you need to run a wire which I did and have yet to hook up my heated mirrors....wish I did have to for next winter, one of my projects

my 08 150 had standard manual folding power mirrors and I upgraded to towing mirrors with power, signals, puddle lights and heat. Everything works just by plugging in except the heat, as I don't have the controls for heat. What all do I need to make the heat work? Can I just find a control panel for it and swap it out, or is there any other wiring/relays that I need?

You have to add the switch and wiring all the way down to the fuse box.
I did it an easy way and found the heat pin in the wiring harness, then added a switch and fused from the battery. Much simpler, but you have to know which switch heats the mirrors and can't forget to shut them off.

My understanding
On my 08 F150 FX4 Super crew, I am looking to upgrade my mirrors on my truck to power fold, heat and signal, now from what I have read I can buy the mirrors and all but the heat and the fold will work, the question I have is I found a mirror adjust and fold switch will this replace the existing switch and have the fold on new mirrors work? And what would I need to do to get the heat to work as well?

As I stated in my post, my truck had standard power adjusting mirrors W/O power fold or heat. I bought a set of aftermarket towing mirrors that are power adjusting, heated, and have turn signals and puddle lights, but NOT power folding. They were plug and play EXCEPT for the heat, as my truck did not originally have heated mirrors, and therefore didn't have the controls for them. I did manage to make them work by finding the wire for them in the harness and adding a switch and fuse.
