It would say on the light housing or your paperwork you received with your lights...some older projectors...like mine will melt with 55 Watt bulbs...the 35 watt you mention should been fine

I don't think the chinese ebay special people sent me any paperwork with my projectors

(even if they did its trashed a while ago). Idk, *crosses fingers*
