Are you asking about the projectors in general or the headlights? It'd be hard to tell what kind of projectors they are considering the shroud around them.
If you're asking about the headlights in general, they're a retrofitted headlight so it's custom and completely aftermarket.
The Retrofit Source is a good place to go if you're looking to do something along those lines.
