cam vs longtube headers??
hello i was looking on dyne tuning my supercharged truck but was wondering if i should get a cam or some longtube headers on my truck before the tune that way i would be able to do it all at once. They both cost about the same to buy and install so money will be about equal. i was going with the longtubes at first then i realized i can change my cam and make my truck sound a little meaner and it will get alot more power with the cams. AM I WRONG??? right now i am running true duals and have high flow cats and am changing my pulley to a smaller 2.80 pulley which should give me about 9-10 psi.. Let me know what you think?

Well a Decent cams gonna cost more than just the cam.
Real gains may require uprated springs / Phaser limit locks.
Go for a set of OBX headers. Cheapest is Sparktech @ $504 shipped.

Cheapest av found them. Non CAT versions.

Coupon code :: retailmenot :: 10 bucks off.
Ide go for a bigger lift (Springs & Phaser limits) If I was gonna pay big $$$ for cams although, longer lobe seperation will help with overlap. The cams are gonna yield little gains with OEM Log style manifolds.
