cam phasers
I am wondering if I can get ford to pay for my cam phaser replacement with there new warrenty coverage. My truck is ticking really bad and reading all of the potential problems i could have is really getting me worried. Here is what I got of the Ford website:
- Ford, Lincoln and Mercury eligible vehicles have been expanded to include those up to six years old or with up to 80,000 miles.
- Each Ford and Mercury vehicle is backed by a 6-year / 100,000-mile powertrain Limited Warranty and a 3-month / 3,000-mile Comprehensive Limited Warranty. Lincoln pre-owned customers receive a 6-year / 100,000-mile Comprehensive Limited Warranty.
- Ford offers 169 different points of inspection – the most comprehensive inspection process of any other volume manufacturer.
- 24-hour roadside assistance is included for the full duration of the Limited Warranty coverage.

I have alreay had my truck in the same dealership for several other problems.. some warrenty some mine. i am also on a first name relationship with the service dept. man. at beach ford. I have really dumped a ton in this truck what are my options?
