Cam phaser noise or no?

Cam phaser noise or no?
I've been here lurking/doing research into buying an F150. I've narrowed my list down to a few trucks nearby, but need expert advice on this video.
This truck has all the options I've been looking for, but I asked for a video of the engine running to try to rule out phaser failure (it's 1.5 hours away, so didn't wanna drive there). The dealer sent me this video. At first, I thought it sounded like what I'd heard in cam phaser noise videos and how the noise was described, but a friendly user in another forum indicated that this is most likely just the normal, loud injectors and that I should also ask for a video of the truck running after reaching operating temperature. I should get the hot idle video tomorrow.
Engine noise is audible starting at 1:09.
It has about 125k miles on it and the dealer told me they just changed the plugs (which was one of my other concerns, as I didn't want to deal with breaking plugs).
If this is not phaser noise and I buy it, is there anything in particular I should do to prevent development of phaser failure?
Thanks!

That doesn't sound like phasers to me, the injectors tick loudly on these motors and that's what it sounds like. But with phasers the truck needs to be warmed up really well. He should drive it for a bit get it warmed up then stick the camera in the wheel wells and underneath. If the phasers are real bad the knocking is easy to pick out.

Does the noise increase with rpms or go away?
I had a nasty tick that I thought was phasers... turned out one of the spark plugs came loose. You may try making sure they're all torqued to 28-30 ft lbs just to be sure. It's cheap and easy.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm not sure about changes with RPMs. I've already asked this dealer to make me videos twice, so I feel bad asking him to make another one... haha! He has told me that they just changed the plugs at the dealer, so it shouldn't be a loose plug.

Thanks! If you have a video of yours, that would be cool. I've listened to some other videos illustrating the difference between phaser noise and just the normal injector noise. Never hurts to have more information!
