My 2004 XLT Heritage has Everything but "Turn signal and heated mirrors".
My counsel is the "2003" style. But it would be GREAT to have the heated mirrors.

I just have "Reflectors " on the doors at to bottom .

My 04 FX4 has heated mirrors and signals but manual AC controls. Reading everyones post, im kind of confused on what was standard on the FX4's and whats extra added features. Sounds like everyone has something different but missing other things

yeah thats kind of weird that every fx4 has something else. i didnt have the stock back up sensors so the dealer but them in for me for free and i have everything else except the blinker headed mirrors

Im looking at buying a factory steering wheel with radio controls and I curretnly only have cruise. Will this just plug right up to the harnesses that may or may not be in the steering wheel column??
Also I want a 6 disc CD changer with MP3. Can this plug right up as well?
Does the 6 disc MP3 mean that it can plug up to an Ipod using "AUX" button??

I don't think you need to replace your steering wheel to add the buttons. You just need to swap out your buttons for the ones like the Lariat's have. The problem your gonna face is the wires probably aren't there for the radio though. You would need to run the wires through the column to make it work.

The AUX button is what I use when I'm using my Ipod

My neighbor has a 97 or 98 ford lariat f-150 and it has turn signal arrows in the mirrors. I was surprized when I saw them. They appear factory. Its looks much like what gm has.

They also did them that way in the Expedition. My 02 F150 had them but they were on the outer part of the housing.
