A/C Noise... Normal or $$??
Anyone ever have their A/c make a "whining" noise when you turn it off, or on for that matter?
I know when the dampers get open/shut, and when the blower kicks in and out that it'll make some noise. But this is pretty noticeable. You don't have to be paying attention to it to notice it.
Kinda sounds like a fake fart. Nothing like a beer and hot wings fart or anything, but a fake whiny fart.
No other good way to describe it.
Any comments, help, consolation, or reassurance(this one preferably) would be appreciated.

Sound that comes to mind, which is normal, is when the engine is turned off after a couple of seconds there is a whine or fart type noise. If this is what you are after don't worry about it. The high side and low side are equalizing pressure through the orifice tube. Normal, not to worry.
