When I put it in defrost it blows hot air as well

Disconnect the low pressure switch and place a jumper in the connector and see if the compressor clutch kicks on.

The switch is bad or you are low on freon.

Yup what he said. Since you said you already replaced the switch, it's probably low.

Freon isn't low, I just checked and it's fine

If the clutch kicks in, you can find out two things: Is the clutch OK? and Does the AC get cold with the clutch engaged? If the answer to both of those is "Yes", then the problem is not your compressor.

Just thought I'd update, I took it to my mechanic and checked everything out and found out I had a bad clutch coil so I replaced that and everything's running good and blowing cold air
