Default A/C Fart

So I've got an 08 fx2 4.6.
Every time I turn the heater or a/c on there is a farting sound coming from behind the glove box.
I'm not worried about it, it still works fine.
Just wondering if anyone else has this?
And if there's anything I can do about it?

Thanks

Mac

Lol yeah mine does that and I hate having to explain it to people.

Every truck of this body style I've been in does that. My 08 company XLT 4.6 and my Uncle's 06 Lariat 5.4 along with my 06 Lariat 5.4

Hahahaha ya mine does that too. my girl friend is always like damn your truck always has gas!! I have no idea on how to get it to go away though. I think it has something to do the the valve/ door thing moves to let the different temperature of air through.

I think there is a TSB on how to fix it, but you have remove the dash to pull apart the part that is making the noise and apply silicon to the gasket that is already there. To much work, to get rid of a good tension breaker.
