Buying new shocks

How much lift can I expect on the f150 with the pro comps cranked right up? It claims up to 2.75" of lift at the highest setting...
The cheapest I've seen the bilsteins 5100 adjustable's for is $138 shipped each... I was thinking of holding out for Black Friday or cyber Monday to hopefully get an even better deal... The pro comps are $104 everywhere, but I would still like to read some good solid reviews on them... Any input from pro comp ss owners???

I think ive accepted the fact that no matter what we do to level our trucks its going to affect ride quality some. I may try the pro-comps in the stock ride height position with a 2.5" level to see if that helps.. I personally dont mind the ride. But ive always owned older pickups so maybe im just used to it.
