The cheapest I've seen the bilsteins 5100 adjustable's for is $138 shipped each... I was thinking of holding out for Black Friday or cyber Monday to hopefully get an even better deal... The pro comps are $104 everywhere, but I would still like to read some good solid reviews on them... Any input from pro comp ss owners???
If i were to buy again i would probably go with the bilsteins only because of the fact that there are 3 different levels of "lift". No matter which one you go with the ride is going to be stiffer because of the pre-load it puts on the spring. Where are you finding the bilstiens for 138$? cheapest i found them for was 179$.

Sdtrucksprings.com apply coupon code "save30". I've got other coupon codes for auto anything which brings down the cost on orders over 500...

I've considered the Monroe load levelers, but I also read they put to much stress on the f150's shock mounts. Have you noticed any additional stress on your shock mounts? Like squeaking or clicking?

Haven't noticed anything out of the norm, I put new tires I. Last night much quieter now the only squeak I get is the typical brake squeak all these trucks make. But she tows like a champ now let me tell you! Lol barely any sag with a 22foot trailer and a 6500lb f250 on it

I think ive accepted the fact that no matter what we do to level our trucks its going to affect ride quality some. I may try the pro-comps in the stock ride height position with a 2.5" level to see if that helps.. I personally dont mind the ride. But ive always owned older pickups so maybe im just used to it.

I want to try them, but the reviews are leaning more negative then positive from my research. I've even read that procomp is aware the shocks are too rough... The whole lower then stock spring perch is new to me though. That is a real drawback if its true.. That would explain the lack of height people see when running a spacer with them.
