Default Buying f150 as a first truck

Im looking at f150s for my first truck and majority of the trucks in my price range have about 130k miles on it, I have a budget of up to 12k if my dad is helping me out but if he isn't my budget it 7500$ how many miles is too much to buy one at? Is 130,000 too much? I don't want it to start falling apart after a year of driving it

It's kind of tricky with these trucks... mine has about 135k on it right now and it's running fine, but it needs its timing equipment replaced (common with the 2004-2008 Tritons). Try and get a vehicle history report and maintenance records. If you can't get those, be prepared to study a lot (or get a friend that's good with trucks, especially these) to do a really good inspection. I have an '05 Lariat and I'd probably get about $7500 off it if I sold it right now, so that's not a bad price.
