I would love to but it has started to get really cold here and I do not have a heated garage . I know a top notch mechanic and will let him do it but will be around a bit and will try to snap a few pics . It is a big job . They say between 10 - 12 hours but could take more .

I am really surprised that the Edelbrock system uses the factory air box . Must be to make it pass emissions . So the plan is to get a CAI then a custom tune . Maybe headers first but got to see if the budget can handle it .
I installed mine on the driver side header collector just an inch or two from the stock O2 sensor.

AEM's instructions stated 18" away from the last exhaust tube from the head on the exhaust manifold.. I put my bung in right behind the manifold collector flange and just in front of my high flow cat on the driver side.. I would also get 2 new front 02's installed to keep the tune running tight.. http://aemelectronics.com/files/inst...GO%20Gauge.pdf

I went with the lotek dash guage pod and I love it.. Check out my build thread for some tips and pictures... https://www.f150forum.com/f4/going-g...harged-264032/

Well it seems that the chargers programmer does not get rid of speed limiter . Messed around a bit with it tonight . The SCT programmer does but the Edelbrock ( made by SCT ) does not . I wonder if either of the companies who do the custom tunes will be able to help me ? It needs to go ... did not buy a charger to have a 1.7 L civic creep past me .

Excellent. I highly recommend going ahead and getting the pulley to get your boost levels in the 9-10psi range. You will get bored with the stock boost set up quick. Then you'll be paying for another tune. Just as well to do it now and pay for one tune.

Man I have belt squeal and cannot get ride of it . Changed every idler and the tensioner . Even went to a bigger pulley on the tensioner to give it more tension . Called Edelbrock and the said never heard of a problem . no sound under 2500 RPM but when boost comes so does the noise . Was doing it at idle but tightening things up helped but not fixed . Belt does not look glazed but I guess next step is to try a new one in case slipping damaged it . Did not squeal at first but prob after hour of driving it did .

It is a Gatorback 6 rib belt . Frustrating .

Find the gates part number you need, then add hd to the end of the part number. It will get you a heavy duty green back belt. I use them on every blown setup I built with nothing but great luck and zero belt slip!
