Does anyone know if a (rear) bumper from a 2009 and up model will fit a 2004-2008 model? I would think it does since it's basicly the same truck but was wondering if anyone actually did this.

I put an 09 rear bumper on my 2008 f150. It fits, but the only way is if you add the 09 hitch/bumper reinforcement bar also. Just the 09 bumper ends do not fit on the 08 hitch/bar. Also, you will need the black step pad.
I don't know about the 04 -05 f150.
