Center console was also from ebay. Keep your eyes open sometimes they pop up for 90 bucks and I sold my old jump seat for 140. Its a simple 4 bolt install. The only problem was that the bolts a star key and they are huge. You might have to take a trip to Lowes for a bit.

here's to chrome your upper bumper, you can find a lot of things pre-chromed now if you want it painted that'll cost ya a few bucks!

I'm not much for body work personally but I'm cheap so I'd prolly go the route of taking the one on my truck off sanding it down and priming, painting and clear coating it with some dupli color.
But if you have the money just find a smooth one and have it proffessionaly painted.
I was just throwing the chrome ones out there since I ran into them. I'm sure you can find un-painted un-texured ones also.
I dunno if the paint will stick to the chromed plastic too well even sanded
