Default bucking, poor acceleration

I have an 04 f150 with about 90k on it. When driving once I hit 4th gear it doesn't want to accelerate unless I'm into the gas more than I should be. Example.. get to 45mph and try to slowly gain speed, the rpms wont rise and the truck bucks. Torque converter maybe? Just had to change my fuel pump drive module, thought maybe that would help but no luck. Any suggestions?

Are you on the original spark plugs?

Also could very well be the catalytic converters.
