I say Bull bar, I think they look a little better/tougher then having four lights just chilling there. And you'd be able to keep your tow hooks if you have them, most kits come with a L type steel plate that goes above the tow hooks and goes into the pre-existing holes.

its the smittybilt street light bar. i got it from 4wheelparts for right at $100. its got PIAA 525's on it and they're awesome, pretty expensive though, but they have two lights in each housing. a low beam yellow fog light and a high beam white driving light.
