Damn those cheesy vacuum lines. You can literally just find some rubber tubing and a couple zip ties and fix it. I would suggest taking the rubber hose of your iwe also known as the hubs and blowing them out with air, if water gets inside that vacuum line, it can go into your intake manifold and it can also make its way to your hub and wheel bearings and cause them to self destruct.
