wow! those plugs are DONE. I don't know how Ford can put the change intervals so far out...its ridiculous to me. I bought some Brisk one piece plugs and plan on taking my truck in to have them done in case some break. Hope they come out ok......

spray PB Blaster on the sparkplugs let sit over night should break loose the next day

would'nt be a bad idea to put anti-seize on the threds on installation
