Default bringing a programmer into canada ?

i want to get a programmer from troyer but i live in canada and am wondering what types of boarder fees and taxes i will have to pay. has anyone done this can you let me know.

No idea, go check with your local post office.

I know that many people on ebay no longer ship things to canada because of the hastle with customs.

Can't you just stuff it into your luggage and say you brought it from Canada to help a U.S. friend, and that the border guard on the way over didn't check your luggage?

The seller, of the tuner, should be able to give you a quote on the shipping costs, assuming they will ship to Canada. You should be able to find a seller, somewhere, that will ship to you.

Hey man I use to ship a buttload of car parts to Canada. Canada is hit and miss with customs, even worse then the US. Also they like their DUTY. BEST thing is ask if they will mark down the actual cost of the part of mark it USED, GIFT works too..
