Not sure what they were, or what brand(Sylvania, I think) but Walmart had some headlights that were supposed to be 70% brighter than stock. They were $39.95 a pair. I opted for the 20% brighter set for $19.95.

HID is the way to go for bright.
You can find converters on ebay usually around 80-100

Hid 's is the best way to go , if you want I could put you on the spot to get them for $95.00+ shipping. and you could get any color temp you want.

I have Silverstars from Sylvania to replace my headlights and my foglights. It cost $20/bulb so it was a total of $80, but I definitly noticed a brighter sharper output. It is a much whiter light which is nice.

Silverstar's are the brightest bulb, but HID's would be the brightest system.
