There's really no sense in going with the OEM rotors. Virtually all mass produced rotors are cast in China, and then some of these are milled in North America.
The only thing you can go by is reputable brand name in hopes they will uphold this reputation. Personally, I've had good luck with Wagner rotors and pads. Go with the OEM semi-metallic, and I think they're still running a rebate on the pads.
