which brake pads if any will lower the amount of brake dust on my chrome wheels?

try to find some ceramic brake pads and you will get minimal brake dust

yep...ceramic will be your best bet... you will still hve some dust but very minimal and it wont be black... it should be a very light beige color.. dont be surprised if you may need rotors a little more than usual cause of harder pad... but in the long run you will like the less dust, better stopping capablity etc.. what i mean by needing rotors is that you may need them a little sooner than normal but nothing like every six months or anything like that..

also i would stay away from the brake dust shields.... they tend to stop air flow also and cause brake hardware to run hotter and will tend to warp rotors
