Do they make what I'm looking for or am I dreaming the impossible?
I want a fx4 that has a bench seat instead of the center shift console....I have not seen a lariat or fx4 that does not have that damn center shift! I have 4 kids so we need one that will hold all 6 of us when we need it too!

Unless you ordered it that way all FX4, Lariat, and KR models will have the center console. It's considered an option (for ordering), and is standard (model options) for the trucks on the dealer's lot. You would have to find one built-to-order that way (not likely) or get an XLT model.

search for a BTO one is not going well...may have to settle for the XLT

Like I said, if the vehicle was originally ordered that way (not sent to a dealers lot) then there is a chance, but i don't think you can specifically search for it. If I were you I'd call a dealer and have them do the searching for you. My boss has a 2008 F250 Lariat with the bench, but he ordered it that way. It's a 250 so I don't know if a center console was even designed for it?

There are tons of fx4s out there that way. Im single and wanted a center shift bad and I looked around for 4 months till I found what I wanted. Through my looking over half of the fx4s were console shift but only 1 lariet was.
