Default Brake lights only working on one side

Vehicle behind me told me that one of my brake lights are not functioning. I tested it and I confirmed that left side is not working. Could it be that the turn signal is faulty. Also the left turn signal is in rapid mode. Your response is greatly appreciated.

i just fixed the socket for my tail lights. idk if it is for you, or what year your truck is. but i kno pre 80 trucks the sockets go bad. ive changed both reverse light sockets and Left brake/turn socket. if the problem pursists after changing the bulbs.
