Default brake issue

having a issue with my new to me 2006 screw 4x4 with 5.4.
has brand new brakes all around, new rotors calipers and pads, couple days ago passenger side front started to drag and got warm!next morning i drove to work then after drove to pick up my daughter at daycare and no problems for the next week.
today went to check out a new toy and pulled into a friends driveway and passenger side wheel is smoking bad!stay there till it cooled down a bit and drove home but by the time i got home it was smoking again.fast forward a couple hours and i checked the lines and other stuff and all looks good.i took for a test ride and when i got back the wheel is slightly warm but no sign of the sticking issue...
what do you guys think?
truck only has 66k on it

I would say one of the calipers is faulty. Just because they are new, doesn't mean one was a bad rebuild.

Pull the brakes apart and inspect everything, make sure the slides are greased, and the little spring clip things are retracting the pads.

Sounds like maybe a sticking caliper but also could be moisture in the line? Did you try bleeding them fully? I realize replaced and one could be still faulty but if moisture is in your fluid it might contribute to this.
