if its just replacing the pads then try calling around to other local shops or even give a quick call to a local Quick Lube place.
if you have the time and tools, its a fairly easy process to do on your own. There is a great write up in the how to sections if you have never done it before
as for pads, I would highly recommend the Hawk LTS pads, not only because I sell and use them but a lot of other forum members have had similar comments
if you want to try and keep the dust down you could always get some Hawk Ceramic pads, they dont perform as good as the LTS but they put out a LOT less brake dust... and they cost more
