I've gotten this question a hand full of times. It is so hard to say because it's made of flat iron steel. I think there are 15 sections, each section made of 4 pieces of steel welded together. Each piece is different due to angles cut for the welded ends. It is roughly 23 inches tall and 40 inches at it's widest point, and mounts where the tow hooks go. It is powder coated for the finish and is holding up awesome to the elements. I get so many compliments everywhere I go. I live in the St. Louis area if anyone wants to see it in person. I haven't even gotten around to adding lights due to such a busy life. Dave

For measurements, it's difficult to explain. The bull bar is made in sections of flat iron/steel. Each section has 4 angles welded together. Each flat piece or angle has a different length and angle on it. It's very detailed and complex which makes it unique. I get tons of compliments and questions about it. If you are ever in the St. Louis area, I'd be more than happy to show it to you. Otherwise, it's pricey but well worth the money!! http://www.spyderindustries.com/bull_bars.html

It's just square tubing cut up on an edge at probably a 50-55 degree

They're pretty nice looking bull bars. Looks sharp on your truck too.
Be careful though, I've had a buddy send 2 back for warranty due to rust
