I bought a borla 40943 that I read about somewhere here on another post. I've also seen some YouTube videos with f150s using that same muffler and I liked the low bass sound. So I took the muffler to a local shop to install it and they prettify we're laughing saying its way too small and that I will break my manifold if I install it. Is this true? It is much smaller than the stock muffler...???

a smaller muffler will not break your manifold whatever that means.

Sounds like yer typical Fartmaster / FloPro shop.

My usual litmus test - I ask what cylinder scavenging is all aboot. If I get that 'deer in headlights' look I walk away.

Awesome, I'm still trying to find a reasonable price around here but I had a feeling these guys were B.S.ing me. They suck for trying to me fun of me. And MGD they did sell a ton of Flowmaster.
