well part of making it look like it doesnt have a body lift besides the side steps and the gap guards is lifting the exhaust tip up. i started to do so right after the lift went on but a buddy came over and asked me to do a tune up on his mustang so i didnt get to finish. here are the pics so far.
this is the hanger, or whats left of it after it was cut to make it shorter
I cut this pipe about 3" shorter. i have already test fit the last bit of the exhaust piping plus the tip. it looks just like it did before the BL, i just need to weld the two pieces of the hanger back into one and ill be all done. hope to do it tomorrow, if not by wednesday

ok got the exhaust on last night. helps add to the illusion i dont have a body lift on my truck.
the 2 hanger pieces didnt line up perfect so i heated them and bent them to come a little closer together. in the end the gap was about .25" (cut too much) so i just used the welder to fill the gap. its not really supporting any real load so i know itll hold just fine.
just need gap guards and itll be perfect

its just whatever
thats a great looking truck man not to threadjack or anything, but would a body lift mess up the mounting of my frontier bumper? I want new wheels, but I think if I went with anything else that stuck out anymore than my stock wheels do, I would have rubbing issues. So a 3" BL would give me the clearance I need. I don't have the funds to do a full 6" system so I'm just gonna do it the poor high school kid way.
