Default Body Lift

So im in the market for a 3" body lift for my 06 flareside, Im going to add 35 and probly downsize my wheels to an 18" and sell my 20" rockstars. Anyone know where I might find a 3" body lift kit for my flareside? Im having a hard find locating one. I would think performance accesories would sell one but not seeing it on the web page.

I think he is asking if you are going to take it off road or tow heavy loads with it.

I think he means "Are you going to [go four-]wheel[ing with] this truck or work it any (towing/hauling)?"

edit: ^^ you beat me to it

Oh sorry excuse my ignorance, nah just want to be able to run 35's. Oh and the off roading, very little just like minor stuff like driving to the hunting club and what not. I have a toy truck for all of the four wheeling...my trusty ol' 86 silverado 4x4. I only drive my truck on weekends mostly its not a daily driver.

If all you want to do is be able to run 35's.Just go with a 2.5inch leveling kit.You wont gain but maybe an inch and half more of clearence. And hey save yourself the money, lol. Now i'm not saying anything bad about you wanting the body lift, but if you only want to run the 35's,just level it out and theirs your 3inch lift right their as the tires will also give you some lift

thanks man, but back to the body lift (ill try to fill in all the voids in my slang typing lol) body lifts for these trucks suck to install, i think they run around 500-600 for the lift then ive heard up to 1000 dollars just for install, theyre just that much of a pain in the *** to put in, so i would suggest a suspension lift if you wanna to lift the whole thing, or you could go the cheaper route and level the truck and add blocks in the rear if you would need them, the level kit is about 80 bucks and you can isntall it yourself, its very easy, and you can run up to 35's with the right wheel selection(backspacing, width, etc.) but you cant really haul much or have any room for your trucks suspension to flex with 35's, you wheel wells willed be very stuffed with 35's, but it would be fine for a daily driver, but mpg might suffer, look up Pawpaw on this forum, he has 35's on his truck with just a level (along with a few others), i would also suggest to regear with 35's youll gain back the lower end of your power

with the leveling kit you can fit 35's with a close to stock spec rim. you should be fine with 35's most people dont regear untill 37's or bigger.
