Please excuse my ignorance, but I hope someone can help.

2007 ford f150 lariat

Noticed this morning that I have 2 wires dragging the ground underneath the driver's side seat. One wire is light blue and the other is black. I'm wondering what these should be connected to.

Any guesses?

ac every color other than wight and green are hot, hahah
