Default how much oil for differentials ?

Hey guys, I can't find the info with the search but im sure it's been answered before.

This weekend im switching differential fluids to royal purple. I cant figure out how much I need.

2007 Fx4 5.4l

How much oil for the front ?
How much oil for the back ?

I haven't done my front one but I did the rear a couple of weeks ago and it took just a hair over 3 quarts of oil. I then closed it up and poured a bottle of the friction modifier down the ABS access. I have a 2004 5.4l with the 9.75.

3quart for my FX2(5,4 9,75 too) rear diff.
