Default Blinker blinks really fast

So today I went to turn and I noticed that the blinker indicator on the inside of the truck an the actual blinker was blinking abnormally fast. I figured if I turned the truck off and cut it back on it may stop, no luck. It's not messing anything up, it's just annoying. Any suggestions on what is causing this and how to fix it?

Both brake lights and signaling bulbs that are blown will cause that. The blown bulb will be on the side that's blinking fast.

Or you could check your blinker fluid... might be a little low... Seriously though, what they said. Bad bulb on whatever side is flashing.

Or, if you replaced the tail lights or front parking light/turn signals with LED bulbs, then the stock flasher will blink fast; you'd need to replace the flasher with one that works with LED bulbs if this is the case.
