U bake them in the oven to peel them apart?

Yep clean up the lens real good with just soap and water and bake away. Its a way to loosen up the seals to peel them apart. Just don't leave any thing on the lens you don't want to stay there. I used simple green on my first set and ruined the lenses, lesson learned soap and water, rinse and dry with micro fiber.

Do you set the oven at 260 and then wait until it warms up to 260? Also what silicone did you use and do you just put it around the edge of the headlight?

Yeah I pre heated mine. Used RTV inside the groove as well as around the edges when I was finished.
