use painters tape and tape them off its easier then peeling them off and finding new 3m to put them back on. I just taped mine. I used the flat black wheel paint.

Great info, anyone apply the overlays from patriotdecals? Sounds simple enough just making sure.

I applied the oval on the tailgate from patriotdecals, i have a black oval now. its really easy to do
