Default Bilstein Shocks on the way

Just ordered a set of 4 Bilstein 5100 series shocks, should be here in about a week; Two front are adjustable up to 2...I'll post before/after install pics if anyone is interested.

Just in case-
Shock P/N's
Front P/N- F4-BE5-C298-H2
Rear P/N- F4-BE5-C299-H0

Picked 'em up from shockwarehouse.com along with a set of Monroe Ceramic brake pads and with the discount code, everything was less than $450 shipped

Jono that looks great man. I will be ordering mine soon, but "had" to buy a Gryphon today so the shocks got pushed back a month or so. How does it ride now? I heard it firms up the ride, but in a good way.

I love the way it rides now. Its alot firmer and it feels like a truck should feel. I also noticed a huge difference with handling after the bilsteins and would never go back to stock now. Its an entire new animal! Bilsteins FTW!!

Well that settles it, they are next. Hope it doesn’t look stupid with my 275/55R Nitto’s on there. But I just put them on in January and not planning on another $1100 in tires ANYTIME soon.

check out shockwarehouse.com and use code F1502011

Jono, diggin' the RWL. I wish my Zeon LTZ's were made with 'em...it was tough to buy the Coopers because of that but i'm definitely glad I did.

You can have it set to stock height until you get different tires if you want to. Just make sure you get an alignment.

^^ yeah I might just go for +2". If it looks terrible, that would motivate me to get new tires. Plus, with 90% tread, I could prob resale the Nittos to help out with the new ones. Now I'm kinda wishing my truck didn't come with 20's since since for whatever reason, less rubber cost more money....

I ordered a set a week ago for a 6" lift. Also got some new Skyjacker 6" leaf springs. Should be here Monday or Tuesday. Hopefully it won't be too hot next week for the install. I can't wait until I get those crap RCX shocks off my truck.
