Bilstein 5100 comments & pics please!

This week I'm getting Bilstein 5100 series height adjustable shocks put on my '04 FX4 and wanted to know what ya'll think of them and maybe see some pictures. I'm gonna have them set at the highest setting and I'm hoping that will level my trick nicely!
