Subd
I have seen other trucks running them, no f150s tho.
I was thinking about doing something like this but using the waterproof spool style, a LOT cheaper and flexible.

X2 on this. I have white ones mounted on the underside of my step bars, tapped into the done light wire, for puddle lights, and haven't had a problem with them falling off. Although this will be my first winter running them. They are super bright, and like you said, cheap.

I am planning on doing the same thing for some bed lights, can I ask which wire it is and you tapped into it? I haven't had a chance to look at it too closely yet

I had them on my 00 150 they lasted for 2 winters up on there. they where super bright and I never had a problem with the wiring or anything also they where pretty easy to install and the kit gives you clips to hang them with. I will be putting them on my 05 soon.
