Default BFG All Terrain Tire Opinions needed

Ive got an 08 4wd lariat with a 2' leveling kit and 20" stock rims. Soon i am gonna be getting rid of the stock 275/55/20 tires and going with some BFG all terrains and im considering 2 different sizes but not sure which to get. Im looking for a deffinite difference in size. Im stuck between 285/55/20(33"by 11.5), and 305/55/20(33 by 12.5) would the 305s be the ones to go with if im looking for a deffinite bigger tire? Thanks for all the help.

285/55 are too small IMO, buddys dad has them on his stock truck and they look nice, why not go bigger? like a 285/65?

35s would look good. I put 35s on mine and it looks great. But why bfgs I didn't want to spend that much so I went with nittos but toyos are a good tire too. They both will save you money and are just as good. IMO
