I have an 07 supercab 5.4 with 35" tires 18" rims, gotts mod, drop in k&n filter, flowmaster true duals, edge evolution. I am getting between 16-17 mpg. I was wondering what else I could do to my truck to help gas mileage. I had a banks cai n it made it worse but gave me a lot of power. So I sold it and did the gotts mod. Helped a lil bit..will throttle body spacer help? One on ebay says 100% guarantee that it will help performance and gas mileage. But its a cheaper one..so not sure. And I heard they are only good for older vehicles.

At 16-17 MPG you're doing about as well as you're going to do. The TB spacer is an expensive paper weight.

Consider yourself lucky to be getting 16 MPG with 35's.

1. No a TBS will not help your mileage.
2. Read the mileage thread:
