Default Better air flow

alright guys im goin to save up later on for a CAI and tuner at the same time

but until then i am thinkin bout gettin a K&N drop in replacement, which the website "claims" average horse power increase from 2-4 hp, i need a air filter pretty soon anyways, and i was thinkin of doin the Gotts Modd also, so will this risk runnin my truck lean???? i have heard the 05's have that issue, oh yea ive got a 05 4.6L in case u didnt know, i figure i can do this total modd for under 60 bucks, so what you guys think

yeah save the 50 bucks towards an actual intake just get the stock filter no sense in spending all that cash on a filter thats gonna perform no different than the stock just to throw it away when you get your cai setup!! but as far as running lean you should be fine allthough i wouldnt risk do it right get your tuner and cai and preferably an exhaust all at once and be done with it!!
