Default Best Wheel/Tire Combo After 2.5" Leveling Kit

I have a 2wd SCAB and I'm installing a HBS leveling kit. I want to run XD Spys after the lift in the 18" size. I need advice as to what wheel width and offset to go to. I don't plan on running tires any larger than 33". Thanks!

Not sure if I should go with 18x9 with a -12mm or 18x8.5 with an 18mm offset.

I'm not sure if you understand back spacing and offset but you'd stick the wheel OUT more with a -12mm offset and tuck it in more with a +18mm. Depends on the look you want with your truck.

I personally don't like my tires sticking out past the fenders much. I don't like slinging crap or rocks everywhere and then the cops really get on you about mud flaps and rocks will mess up your paint. AT's and especially mud terrain tires love to pick up rocks.

Ideally I would like to be even with the fenders. I'm not a fan of wheels sticking out either.

Would 18x8.5 with an 18mm offset be pretty good?

I'm at -12 right now and I barely stick out on 20x9s, with a 2.5" HBS spacer and 305.55.R20 (33.2) inch terra grapplers

Doesn't look like XD offers 18s in a -12mm offset. How is your ride on 20s?

I would get a 0 offset. My friend has that on his 06 150 and it is literally right in line with the fender. Looks pretty good too.

The Spys only come in +18 or -12 unfortunately. So technically the +18 should stick out less than the -12?
