Default Best way to gain 2" more of lift ?

Already have the 6" rough country w/a 1" lift shackle on my 06 4x4 and I am wanting to go a little higher to fit 37s. Would it be possible to put quick lifts on the front and 2"-2.5 lift shackles on the rear to obtain an extra 2" or so ? And if so would this be safe

That is true, fenders on f150s accept larger wheels an tires than NBS silverados and classics.

It's not that 37's wouldn't fit, I would rather lift her a couple more inches for the look with 37's. Comprenday ?

I guess so, ive just never understood the huge fender gap to tire ratio like the square wheel chevy and dodge.. rather have just enough to make it work and be done with it. but that's why there is so many diff styles what ever suits you man!
