I need to replace the manifold studs on my 04 f150 ... Not wanting to do this again, what are the best quality replacement studs?

Those are the same ones that I used. I bought the 16pack though for both sides.

What gaskets did you use? I bought victor reinze metal gaskets but I'm considering going with the supplied JBA gaskets instead. The way jba created stand offs to create a "true" mating surface from welding the primary tubes to the flange plate is what's got me on the fence.. Looks like they just bench sanded and ground weld spots to level the face..
The JBA supplied gasket is likely what I will run since alignment will be easier, and it's more malleable to fit the raised surface. But I'm still curious on how much more durable the victor reinze (metal) gasket will be..

I agree, use stainless studs. I bought mine on amazon. Made by 'Metric Screw & Tool Co.' I also picked up a set of 'Boost Brothers' stainless shorties on one of the forums for the super cheap. They look to be well made...beautiful tig welds anyway.

They are for the F-150. I stole them for $120...believe that???!!! I see that Boost Brothers are out of business now.... I had JBA shorties on my 'ol whipple charged GMC. They never leaked, but that had cast iron heads too. I did send them out to have them Jet-Hot coated, as they started to rust a little. They were 409 stainless, if I recall.
