I'll agree there isn't much of a differentiation between the running lights and brakes / turn signals during the day light. However, at night there is a clear and obvious differentiation. And I don't keep my running lights on when it's light out so that's never been an issue to me.

Has anyone seen an F150 with Amber LED turn signals? In a flood of brake lights in traffic, amber always sticks out better. Thanks for your time.

I have a set of Spyder for about 8 months, so far no issues.


I have not compared them to other brands, but I feel the difference between brake and running lights is OK. No condensation and the LED's all work fine.

There are no options for this because it would require you to do custom wiring. You'd basically have to cut off the current bulb connector and wire on two new connectors. One for Amber turn and one for brake/running light.

Hey Summers22 ... would you just do something like the 3156/3157: GTR Lighting Carbide 2.0 Red LED Bulbs (Pair) and 3156/3157: GTR Lighting Carbide 2.0 white LED Bulbs (Pair) in the factory housings then before going aftermarket?
