I wanna say that unless you do an exhaust setup with long tube headers, high flow cats, crossover pipe, etc you're not really going to get any noticeable horsepower/torque improvements. Just more noise so it sounds like you're going faster.

Stainless Works, Dynatech, Borla, Corsa, B&B are the only ones I would recommend. You need a tuner to achieve the full power gain, and it is generally minimal unless set up properly.

+1 If you aren't going to go all out I'd recommend the Magna. Mine had the FlowMaster and it suxd! I've had the Magns for 2 years and it looks good, sounds good.

I have the edge programmer just wondering how much of a difference it would make putting high flow cats instead of just catback

Maybe another 10-12.......... Modular engines don't gain much from exhaust..... Intake and tune are more cost effective...... Now if you add boost the exhaust will gain you a lot more.

Glasspacks Baby!
Cherry Bomb all the way

Sarcasm alert.

Agree with these guys. Unless you are adding a charger, I'm not so sure I would go all out on the exhaust system.

Now if you go through with an all out exhaust system (headers, hi-flow cats, etc), then definitely get it tuned and do the intake side as well.

Quick Reply: best exhaust for 5.4
